- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I find Cauldwell very unprofessional.
I am looking for buying a property and I approached Cauldwell a couple of times to arrange a viewing. Everytime they told me they will get back to me which they never did.
On one occasion they called me at 1040AM saying that I have a viewing at 1030AM but they never informed me that a viewing had been arranged.
I believe that many of their advertised properties are not actually in the market.
